Direct Payments are the only way to have the care and support you want
Families have found that by having an organisation called a broker to administer the service we provide, they don't have anything different to do than before.
Community Care Options have successfully demostrated that a Supported Living service, where all service users have a direct payment can easily be set up and operated.

Everyone with a disability who is receiving care and support whether living in a shared home or in their own home will be given a Personal Budget

You can then request your personal Budget as a Direct Payment and choose who provides you with support in the home and who helps you with leisure activities

You can choose your provider but someone else can look after the budget for you. This can be family, a friend or an organisation.
We have experience with people with Learning Disabilities, People who Challenge Services, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health Problems, Brain Injury, Short Term Memory Problems, Substance Misuse Issues. A mixture of Health and Social Care expertise  makes us a truly Holistic Provider.

We are specialist with people who have complex needs through staff who have a commitment to this client group and are prepared to work through difficult times.
What makes us different
